Job Summary:
The Janitor will clean and maintain the Office and Warehouse.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Performs general cleaning and janitorial duties in the common areas of the building.
Assists in cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and break rooms. (Including but not limited to cleaning toilets, trash removal, mopping, sweeping, & stocking supplies)
Maintains a neat and orderly janitor's area; ensures cleaning and maintenance supplies are stocked.
Assists in examining buildings for safety hazards and reports deficiencies to management.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Specific Required Skills/Abilities:
Safe use of cleaning chemicals; sanitation and disinfection; trash disposal
Following client-specific cleaning checklists and standards.
Attention to detail - Identifying missed spots, odors, or hazards and ensuring thorough cleaning.
Reliability & time management - Prioritizing tasks and completing work within set deadlines.
Physical fitness & endurance - Stamina for lifting, bending, walking, and prolonged cleaning tasks.
Interpersonal skills - Communicating politely with colleagues, clients, or workers, and working well individually.
Integrity & self-discipline - Working independently with accountability, especially in unmonitored areas.
Flexibility - Adapting to dusting, sweeping, mopping, disinfecting high-touch surfaces, and keeping work areas tidy.

Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Must pass a background check.

Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of standing.
Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift to 50 pounds at a time.

Compensation: $16.00 per hour
